When you are hurt on the job, you expect that your employer will look out for you. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. Under Workers’ Compensation, you have certain rights guaranteed under the law, such as recovery for lost wages, medical treatment and if there is permanent impairment, a lump sum payment based upon the percentage of impairment that you have sustained.

I will also monitor the course of your medical status and assure that you get the best treatment possible, so that you may recover from your injury. At the very end of your claim, when you have made the maximum physical recovery, I will help you maximize the award you receive for permanent impairment.
If you are totally disabled and unable to return to work, I will help you apply for disability benefits from Social Security.
